Sastojci:
- 500 ml mlijeka
- 100 grama gustina
- 1 vanilin šećer
- 50 grama šećera
- 125 grama margarina
- 100 grama šećera u prahu
- 200 grama kokosa
Priprema:
Mlijeko, gustin, vanilin šećer i 50 grama šećera kuhati.
Omekšali margarin pjenasto izmiksati sa šećerom u prahu pa dodati u ohlađenu kremu.
Na kraju dodati i kokos te staviti u hladnjak da se stegne.
Od ohlađene smjese praviti kuglice, a po želji u kuglice staviti po jedan lješnjak.
Kuglice uvaljati u kokosovo brašno.
Svakako moram isprobati,recept odličan!
